Stop TB Partnership Indonesia is looking for an internship to assist the Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) program team.
Details of Position
Title : Internship – Health Policy and Advocacy
Reports to : Program Manager
Contract type : Internship
Period : 3 months, Juni – Agustus 2023 (3 days/week)
Benefit : Transport and Meal Allowance
Qualification
Fresh graduate or student post graduate with relevant background study (public health, health policy, social science, and other related field);
Have an interest in TB eliminations;
Have an experience in public health, analytical health policy, advocacy will be advantage;
Having a good analytical thinking and writing skills will be advantage;
Ability to learn quickly, follow direction, report back on the need, and identify the gap;
Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Have the capacity to follow the instruction on develop policy brief, analytical health policy, etc.;
Knowledge in public health/health policy;
Demonstrates good English language skills (oral, reading, writing);
Demonstrates constructive attitude, positive-thinking, effective problem solving, and ability to work and adapt with team members and stakeholders;
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and to deliver quality work on time

Scope of Work
Stop TB Partnership Indonesia
The Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) is a national platform of Stop TB Partnership. STPI provides a platform of inter-sectorial partnership that supports National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) since 2013. This organization consists of 75 national and international partners that collaborate to end TB in Indonesia. STPI operates under the strategic direction of a wide range of expertise, such as the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board, representing public health practitioners, academia, development partners, as well as public and private sector. We are looking for an Internship - Health Policy and Advocacy who will support Program Manager in collecting evidence, analyze the health policy and develop advocacy plan/work.
Duties
Support Program Manager in collecting data and including reviewing the health policy.
Support Program Division in writing policy brief and reports for several projects.
Maintain communication and coordination with other teams to gather inputs and information related to the project.
Support MELR Division in documenting learning from each project.
