About STPI
The Indonesian Tuberculosis Strategic Partnership Foundation or Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) believes that eliminating tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia can only be achieved if it is based on a strong partnership between government, private, and community elements. Since establishing as a Foundation in 2018, STPI has initiated cross-sectoral advocacy efforts for national TB policies, built a governance model for handling TB across sectors in districts and villages, and campaigned for TB issues in social media and mass media.
Job position: Associate Program Manager
Direct Report: Program Manager
Status: Temporary Staff (LOE 100%)
Duration: 12 Months, with possibility to be extended
Location: Jakarta
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational background – bachelor’s degree in public health, global health, public policy, international relations, political science or related health field is desirable.Work Experience – At least five (5) years of experience in each of the following areas:
Experience in program/project management with a strong understanding of technical concepts of Tuberculosis program and cross-cutting issue
Fluency in English (speaking and writing) for professional purposes is mandatory.
Experience in technical writing and documentation.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver detailed, actionable solutions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and execute on shared goals.
Quick adaptability to new technologies and concepts in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enhance collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Research in quantitative and qualitative, as well as academic/policy recommendation writing
Strong understanding of the health system in Indonesia
Familiarity with the working environment or having previous working experience with the Ministry of Health and/or province/district health office as well as other government institutions.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Program Manager in managing the overall technical needs of program implementation, particularly reviewing and coordinating the technical aspects of program officers.
Support the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of program initiatives to ensure effective execution.
Assist in building and maintaining networks and communication with civil society organisations (CSOs), professional organisations, central and local governments, Tuberculosis (TB) community organisations, and other stakeholders involved in TB programmes and advocacy at both national and international levels.
Support capacity-building initiatives among team members under the guidance of the Program Manager and in collaboration with other managers.
Support with data collection and collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Research (MELR) Officer to draft monthly, mid-year, and annual reports.
Support the Program Manager and other divisions to prepare proposals and provide assistance in project implementation as needed.
Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Program Manager to support the achievement of TB elimination goals by 2030.
